1. Please ensure that you show your voucher to the masseuse before massage.
2. Please notify Serenity massage in advance by email or text if you have lost your voucher.
3. Voucher cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Each voucher can only be used once.
5. Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
6. Voucher is only valid to the date on the voucher.
7. Voucher can be used only for service which is on the voucher, you cannot change treatment.
